Hancock Library Wall: plywood CNC cut list, Rev G.2

Rev G.2: single 3/4 partitions. One partition per tower with a tower cap, single 3/4 divider cores with 2¼″ poplar faces, end panels 3/4″ nearer the walls, wider upper shelf cores, and re-split upper backs.

Rev G.1: traditional sawtooth shelves. Shelf cores are full width (opening less 1/8) and notched at all four corners around the standards; the notches are in the outlines. Edging runs full width, cleats are straight 3/4 × 1 bars, and the keepers are omitted.

Rev G, 2 Nov 2026 (current): built from the Rev G model. All five upper bays 12″ deep (center dividers and shelves deeper); the 108″ lower frieze is the front of a motorized screen drawer (new cheek plates, end plates, top plate, cable tray; old fixed screen carrier removed); base cabinets raised 3½″ onto the room's 7½″ base, which runs across in one length (new backer, taller platform rails, shorter box sides and backs); cupboard 3 built like the others. Files sent to vendors before Rev G (Rev F / F.1) are superseded.
